Terms & conditions

  1. The scope of the project includes the specific rooms or areas to be designed, the services to be provided, and any limitations or exclusions.
  2. Design fees will be provided based on a flat rate/hourly rate/percentage of the project cost. The payment schedule will include deposits or instalments, with the method of payment specified.
  3. An estimated timeline will be provided, along with key milestones and deliverable dates for design concepts, drawings, material samples, and other relevant documents.
  4. The quoted price includes a specified number of revisions. Additional charges may apply for subsequent changes.
  5. The client is responsible for providing accurate measurements, necessary approvals, access to the premises, and timely feedback or decisions. Failure to meet these responsibilities may have implications for the project.
  6. The designer may hire subcontractors or work with specific suppliers. Warranties or guarantees provided by subcontractors or suppliers will be included.
  7. The designer retains ownership rights to the design plans, drawings, and any other intellectual property created during the project. The client’s rights to use or modify the designs beyond the project will be specified.
  8. The designer’s liability for damages or losses during the project will be outlined. The designer will carry insurance coverage, and the client is recommended to have their own insurance coverage.
  9. Conditions for termination or cancellation by either party will be specified. Refund of fees or compensation for work already performed may be included.
  10. Client information will be treated confidentially, and restrictions on sharing project details or designs with third parties will be imposed.
